ABOUT THE ARTIST

Viktor Kramarenko is a self-taught Ukrainian artist who works in watercolors.

Viktor’s brushstrokes evoke memories of his homeland, transporting the viewer to the Carpathian Mountains, sunlit fields, and meandering rivers. Each piece is a short story woven from memories and observations, inviting the viewer to experience the peace and serenity he finds in nature.

Now residing in North Carolina, Viktor celebrates the beauty of two places he holds dear – the landscapes of Ukraine and the Carolina countryside.

Art has always been Viktor’s passion, but after the unprovoked Russian aggression against Ukraine, it has become more than that. Proceeds from his artwork sales now help provide vital support to Ukrainian defenders.

By sharing the beauty of the landscapes that inspire him, Viktor hopes to offer a glimpse of hope and resilience amid the darkness.
